Our process begins with a comprehensive, bespoke audit — forming the blueprint for every sustainable decision that follows.

We prioritise the intelligent reuse of existing assets, identifying opportunities for remanufacture, repurposing and certified ‘as-new’ pre-loved furniture through our established sustainability network.

After maximising reuse opportunities, we source new furniture from vetted suppliers, ensuring environmental responsibility without compromising quality or performance.

To evidence impact, we provide carbon reporting aligned to the GHG Protocol framework, capturing Scope 3 (upstream and downstream value chain) and Scope 4 (avoided) emissions.
